RESBUILD is a Brisbane based building company that specializes in residential building (new houses, renovations, decks, extensions etc) and also project management of small to medium size property developments.

THE SERVICES

RESBUILD is first and foremost a building company. Ask us for advice or a quote on any residential building work you have and we would be happy to see if we could help you. We also provide other services such as Design & Draughting, Council Approvals Project Management, Property Development and Joint Ventures.
 

PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

Would you like to greatly increase the value of your home or develop your property but don’t know how? Did you know that less than 50% of a development properties’ duration is the visible construction period? The majority of time is spent in planning, draughting, documentation, and getting those all important Council approvals. Don’t know how to do all that? We do.
