A quick note to our share thanks and appreciation for the fantastic job you did in building our cottage.
 
With our rental lease expiring soon, we had a very tight schedule to achieve.  We particularly appreciated your commitment to achieving our schedule through your willingness to go the extra mile in solving issues, and the pro-active way you consulted us along the way.  Whilst you were always pro-active, we always felt in control.
 
Whilst you achieved our schedule, it was never at the expense of quality.  Through good planning, and pro-active management of issues, quality and attention to detail was clearly maintained throughout.
 
As we had decided to do as much DIY in the build as we practically could, we particularly valued your constructive and helpful suggestions on aspects of the build that we had decided to take on.  This demonstrated to us a genuine concern that we achieved a good result on the overall build.
